Three arrested for shoplifting in Atherstone

Some great team work yesterday morning through our Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative Scheme and members of the public.

This was after Tesco’s reported three females leaving the store with stolen items.

Town centre officers who were nearby and approached the females on Longstreet where they decided to starburst.

Through our retail radios the females were quickly located and arrested.

All the stolen items have been recovered and returned to Tesco’s.
